01What we supply
We supply genuine, brand-owner manufactured stock purchased inside the European Union, in the manufacturer’s own sealed packaging, with batch coding and best-before or expiry dating intact.
We do not repack, relabel, over-sticker, decant or otherwise alter goods, and we do not supply counterfeit, refurbished, reconditioned or tampered stock in any circumstances.
02What we are not
Iguazu Fragancias SL, trading as Iguazu Trading, is an independent wholesale distributor. We are not a licensee, appointed agent, authorised distributor or representative of any brand owner, and we make no claim to exclusivity for any brand.
All brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify the goods we can supply. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the brand owner.
03Purchase chain and traceability
Every line is bought against a documented purchase chain inside the EU. On request, and subject to commercial confidentiality over our supplier identities, we will evidence: the EU origin of the goods, the batch codes supplied on your consignment, and the corresponding best-before or expiry dating.
Batch codes and dating appear on the packing list, so a consignment can be traced back to its production run if a brand owner or a competent authority ever asks.
04Production origin and market version
Branded FMCG is bottled, filled or packed under licence for the market it serves. Fill sizes, multipack construction, deposit and recycling marks, ingredient wording and label language differ between production countries even where the trademark on the front is identical.
We supply EU-produced stock in EU metric fill sizes with EU-format labelling unless the pro-forma states otherwise. The confirmed market version always travels on the pro-forma before you commit.
05EU origin and preferential treatment
EU-produced stock allows a Certificate of Origin to be issued, and — where a preferential trade agreement exists between the EU and your destination — a EUR.1 movement certificate that may reduce the duty you pay on import.
Preference depends on the goods meeting the origin rules of the specific agreement, not simply on being shipped from Spain. We will tell you at quotation whether a line is expected to qualify.
06Food and cosmetic compliance
Food lines are supplied to EU food-law standards as produced, and cosmetic lines to the EU Cosmetic Products Regulation as produced. Health certificates and free-sale certificates are available on request for markets that require them.
Goods leaving the EU enter a different regulatory regime. Product registration, notification, ingredient restrictions, allergen declaration, local-language labelling and any import licence at destination are the buyer’s responsibility as importer of record.
07Sanctions, export control and diversion
We screen counterparties and destinations against applicable EU sanctions and restrictive measures. We will not supply, and will cancel an order at any stage, where a transaction would breach those measures.
The buyer undertakes not to divert goods to a sanctioned destination or party, and to make the same undertaking binding on its own customers.
08How to satisfy yourself about any supplier
Ask any wholesale supplier for four things, and watch what comes back on paper rather than in conversation:
- Original manufacturer packaging with intact batch coding;
- The market version and label language of the specific allocation;
- A documented purchase chain inside the EU;
- Batch codes and best-before dating in writing before payment.
A supplier who gives all four verbally and none of them on paper has already answered the question.
